Basic Description: The durability, versatility, and speed of the Kawasaki JA15 robot makes it an excellent robot for multiple Materials Fabrication Processes.  All wiring for motors and encoders is hidden inside the sealed robot structure, protected from the harsh welding or cutting processes.  With the capability to bend over backwards combined with a large spherical work envelope, the JA15 can be floor, ceiling, or shelf mounted.  Several process specific software packages are available to enhance the user friendly programming.

The Kawasaki Js Series robots are intended for small to medium duty, high speed, high accuracy applications, within a flexible work envelope.  These robots handle an impressive payload with capabilities allowing them to bend over backwards.   This feature enables the Js Series robots to work in a very large, spherical area.   The Js Series robot utilizes a sealed construction, allowing it to work under the most difficult and undesirable conditions.  All wiring and piping for motors, encoders, and tooling, is built into the arm and hidden inside the robot structure to eliminate application interference.  Js Series robots are available for floor, ceiling, or wall mounting installation.

Basic Description: The Kawasaki Js5/10 Series robots are intended for small duty payload, very high speed, and high accuracy applications.  The Js5/10 robot utilizes a sealed construction in which it can work under the most difficult and undesirable conditions.  All wiring and piping for motors, encoders, and tooling is built into the arm and hidden inside the robot structure to eliminate application interference.

Basic Description: The Kawasaki Js-6 robot was especially developed for arc welding.  The compact arm allows flexibility in the robot's mounting posture and saves mounting space.   Js-6's fast processing speed considerably reduces air-cut time, resulting in high productivity.  Its large working envelope also provides easy continuous-circumferential welding.  This robot can also be balcony mounted.
