Introduces New State-of-the-Art Modular Welding Systems
Kawasaki Robotics (USA), Inc. introduces its new Modular Welding
Systems with never before seen range of “off the shelf”
advanced technology. The modular design of the new welding system
results in economical “custom” standard systems and
user friendly installation and operation. Kawasaki’s Modular
Welding Systems come in three configurations featuring the new F
Series robot arm and C-Controller with Met-Fab Interface. The new
Color Touch-Screen system offers a “one-push” start-up
operation. The three configurations are the Type I, Type II and
Type III Welding Cells.
The standard equipment of the Welding Cells includes: a Kawasaki
FS06L or FS10L robot and robot riser, C-Controller with Multi-Function
panel, AS Language and Block Step capability, word processor capable,
air cooled MIG gun with break away mount, Miller AutoInvision MIG
Welding System, perimeter frame mounted fence solid panels, 480Vac
60Hz power distribution panel, captive key safety interlock system
and stack light pole.
In addition, the Type I Welding Cell features a Kawasaki automatic
torch cleaning/dip station, dual stationary 30” x 40”
work tables, manual operated steel roll doors, dual pushbutton stations
and an arc light shield between stations. The Type II Welding Cell
also offers a Kawasaki servo index table with 300 lbs. Capacity
per side, operator pushbutton station and arc light shield on index
table. The Type III Welding Cell also features a Kawasaki indexing
dual head/tail stock, operator pushbutton station and arc light
shield on index table.
The Kawasaki Welding Cells can be tailored (depending on model
selected) with the following options: Water cooled MIG gun with
water recirculator system, pneumatic actuated steel rolling doors,
automatic weld wire trimmer, additional (24vdc) input and output
cards, RTPM and touch sensing, state-of-the-art laser guided vision
and seam tracking system, and interface package for user supplied
tooling.
